A Steering Committee was established to coordinate the Study. Based on the findings of the study a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed by the Shire of Busselton, Water Corporation, GeoCatch, Water & Rivers Commission and the local community to ensure that the combined mouth of Toby Inlet and Station Gully will be opened, if blocked, subject to meeting specified criteria.
